Courage, to do whatever it takes to improve your situation. Sometimes that may mean Courage to face your fears or other uncomfortable emotions. It means having the Courage to accept all of you, including your gifts. It means having the Courage to take action for positive change and better health. It means having the Courage to persevere and have great faith.
As you continue on your path of positive changes, you can get a sense of Freedom to express who you are, to connect with your heart and to make conscious decisions. It means having the Freedom to observe and act, not just react. It means having the Freedom to feel joy and happiness of being whole and complete.
