Yang Metal’s associated organ is the Large Intestine Which helps you let go of stuff you don’t need. It works closely with the kidney’s energy to help you let go of fears so that you can move forward with confidence.

Yang Metal’s color is white and is associated with a sword and the discipline and courage of a soldier.
